When you scrape leads with the Sales Navigator Leads Scraper, you can enrich each profile with a verified business phone number. Enable the option in your squid settings and lobstr.io will automatically look up a phone number for each lead during the scrape. Results appear in the MOBILE PHONE column of your downloaded CSV.

What numbers are included

The phone enrichment service focuses exclusively on business contact details. For each lead, lobstr.io can return:
  • Direct dials — a direct line to the individual at their place of work
  • Mobile business numbers — a mobile number associated with their professional identity
Personal phone numbers are never included. lobstr.io’s data sources and filtering ensure only business-relevant numbers make it into your output.
lobstr.io does not provide personal phone numbers. Contacting someone on a private line requires their explicit consent under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. All phone numbers returned by the enrichment service are business-related.

How lobstr.io finds phone numbers

lobstr.io works with ContactOut, a third-party data provider with a database of 100M+ phone numbers updated hourly. Numbers are sourced from publicly available and compliant channels including social networks, website crawls, market research, public business records, and regulatory filings such as EDGAR SEC filings. Before any number reaches your dataset, it passes a three-layer verification process to confirm it is valid and active. Enriched numbers carry 99% confidence.

How to enable phone enrichment

Open your squid settings

In the Sales Navigator Leads Scraper, navigate to the Settings tab of your squid.

Toggle Mobile Enrichment on

Switch the Mobile Enrichment option to on. Phone lookups will run automatically during your next scrape.

Download your dataset

When the scrape completes, find phone numbers in the MOBILE PHONE column of your CSV export.

Credit usage

You are only charged when lobstr.io successfully finds a valid phone number. If no number is found for a profile, no credits are consumed. One valid phone number costs 300 credits.

Re-enrichment behavior

If a contact has already been enriched with a phone number inside a specific squid, lobstr.io will not enrich it again in that same squid. This protects you from spending credits on contacts you’ve already paid for. To re-enrich the same contacts, create a new squid.
Enabling both email and phone enrichment in the same squid gives you the most complete contact record for each lead. Reaching a prospect by both email and phone significantly increases your chances of getting a response.
