lobstr.io has built-in rate limits and automatic pauses for scrapers that require account synchronization. These limits are not there to slow you down — they exist to keep your accounts scraping safely over the long term. The sections below explain the specific limits per platform and how to adjust them if needed.
Sales Navigator lets you do 6,000 searches per month, which works out to roughly 200 searches per day. Each search returns up to 25 profiles (one page of results), so 200 searches gives you a maximum of 5,000 leads per day per account.lobstr.io enforces this 200-search daily cap automatically. You can safely run at full capacity without risking your account.If you use the same Sales Navigator account on another tool alongside lobstr.io, the combined search count from both tools must not exceed 200/day. To reduce lobstr.io’s share of that limit:
  1. Go to Accounts in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Actions next to your Sales Navigator account.
  3. Select Edit limits and lower the daily search cap.
Make sure the other tool also respects LinkedIn’s limits — if both tools together exceed 200 searches in a day, your account may be banned.To bypass the per-account daily cap entirely, connect multiple Sales Navigator accounts to lobstr.io. Each account gets its own independent 200-search limit, and you can sync as many as you need.
lobstr.io offers two types of Leboncoin automation, each with its own limits.Scraping listings (Leboncoin Listings Search Export)There is no hard limit on scraping listing data. However, lobstr.io adds automatic pauses to mimic human browsing behavior:
  • ~35 listings per minute
  • ~1 phone number per minute
These pauses slow things down slightly but keep your account safe. You do not need to sync a Leboncoin account to use the Listings Search Export scraper.Sending messages (Leboncoin Auto Message Sender)The Auto Message Sender has two enforced limits:

After sending a batch of 8 messages, the tool waits 2 hours before sending the next batch. Once you hit 20 messages in a day, the tool pauses automatically until the next day.If you use the same Leboncoin account on another service, reduce lobstr.io’s limits to avoid the two tools combined exceeding Leboncoin’s thresholds. Go to Accounts > Actions > Edit limits to adjust.
Running at 50% of the maximum limits gives you an extra safety margin and is especially recommended if your account is new or if you’re also using another messaging tool.
There is no hard limit set by lobstr.io for scraping X posts or profiles. You will not see an Edit limits option when you sync your X account.X enforces its own platform-level rate limits and will return a “Too Many Requests” error when it detects high activity. When lobstr.io receives this error, it automatically pauses the scraper for 1 hour before resuming. This prevents your account from being restricted or temporarily banned.
You do not need to sync an X account to use the Twitter Profiles Scraper. The automatic 1-hour pause only applies to scrapers that require an account to be synced.
There is no hard limit on Facebook Pages Search Export. However, lobstr.io adds small automatic pauses between each page it collects from search results. These pauses prevent Facebook’s security systems from flagging the activity and keep your account safe.
You do not need to sync a Facebook account to use the Facebook Pages Search Export scraper.
You can sync an unlimited number of accounts with lobstr.io — there is no cap on how many you connect.The limit is on concurrent active accounts: your plan includes a set number of slots, and each slot holds one active account at a time. For example, a Business plan includes 30 slots, meaning you can run 30 accounts simultaneously.Syncing more accounts than your slot count is fine — you simply rotate which accounts are active at any given time.
